A tale of three forgeries

Compare these recent events:

- Forged NZ passports seized in Bangkok, Thai and Pakistani men arrested, may be linked to al Qaeda. Media response: yawn

- Large scale passport forgery operation in Auckland run by Iraqi and Kuwaiti refugees. Media response: yawn

- Two Israelis caught using forged documents - media response: massive outcry, weeks of front page news, widespread condemnation of Israel etc etc etc

Speaks for itself really.

Also, how does a Kuwaiti meet the requirements for refugee status?
